This company was established by Morgan Scott, in dedication to Otis Lee Hall, founder of T.A.L.ENT, who was unable to bring the company to life before his passing. Otis was a great musician,friend, brother, and son. His dedication to his family and those he loved still resonates to this day, and hopefully will live on through those he was able to touch. He devoted his life to his family and music, driven by an ambition and drive to succeed and better himself as well as the lives of those around him, which lives on in me, and I hope you enjoy the website as much as I did bringing it to life.
